I just uploaded some outtakes of my training from yesterday with my painful arm lol. I was happy to see that somethings still work to some extent. However I need to continue with my rehab protocol in order to get to 100% and also to listen to my body ( the hardest part) when you're ABOUT THAT LIFE haha
