Recording from me cold calling agents/sellers

Here is the call from 3/24/26 on how I pitched seller financing to sellers to see if I can obtain a flip with minimal out of pocket costs. The very first call resulted in an agent saying his buyer was open to financing the deal to me.

This allows me to buy up homes with very little out of pocket. I'm open to doing this again with this group where I make cold calls live and see what deals I can find.
