I was looking for a cheap way to practice without calling people to feel more comfortable. First I started scripts with my friends. Then I practiced on family. Then I wanted something non bias and went looking for an online tool to help practice. I found 2 ways to help. One is free and one is paid. First one: Chat with Google AI. It can’t do it with audio but it helped me with my thinking process and worked on fast rebuttal. Just search in the “ask anything” under AI and say you want to practice real estate buying and role play and say you want to be the buyer. You can then copy and save the chat you did. It will ask and give feedback if you want. Second: I bought this app to try. I’m currently doing the same thing through a chat and it responds way quicker. You can also do practice calls, or record your calls through the app and it will give you coaching for and feedback right after with score metrics.
