Hey Everyone, so I have spoken to quite a few people in the group in messaging. I have found there is a lot of people in the Los Angeles area looking to connect. I would take this opportunity to say that you are in that area right HERE and whoever is brave enough to post, will start the feed. I think this a great opportunity to network without evening having to leave your home. I think collaboration is key and you can get a whole lot more accomplished as a team versus alone. You can all come together on our coffee hour HERE in the community on Saturday morning for free or share each others contact information and use a chat app like what’s up or something and connect. Don’t lose this opportunity. The only thing I advise is if you do decide to work together, establish your roles and get it in a contract of some sort. Today was a great session. Get to level 3️⃣ to unlock the recording. Today we discussed ways to purchase properties and some of the obstacles to avoid. In those situations you want to have access to experienced people in the field and those who have already overcome those obstacles in the past.
