You got a break down of your most recent deal? Most of my circle of people are buying out of state for buy and hold but people are still fixing and flipping here. I’m in three communities in California. It’s still do able but you really have to be diligent in your numbers. I’m in Sacramento and my 9-5 is a parts delivery driver but I drive through many neighborhoods everyday. There’s lots of rental areas and lots of for sale as well. They are constantly building over here. If you are ever in this area I got a good appraisal guy who breaks down data sales constantly in this area. Let me know.
