Just curious if people have been burned with this when doing a “subject to” agreement. As I was curious about wraps and transfer of deed. I know we aren’t licensed attorneys but if there is one here please shed some light on this. If not, someone who has done the type of deal how did you handle it or can you share a connection to someone who has?
