Cooking in the van is…different. Everything has to be managed/considered: - Water - Power - Dishes - Food supply Generally, we don’t really sit down and enjoy the meals slowly, especially at breakfast. That being said, if I would have tried to get pics, my food would have been cold and/or I wouldn’t gotten the amount of food I wanted! We have busy day biking again today. Went with a couple protein pancakes, egg, and Greek yogurt. 🥞🍳
