1st most diet??
Should we go with fat first most…? Naming it to be virgin olive oil / organic ghee?? Followed by lemon water a gallon Please correct me if I am not going right.

First is a good source or protein, that along with healthy fats like olive oil, avocados, ghee... Those are the baseline. I am not an expert on being a vegetarian. Unfortunately it is a lot more work to get the protein levels (and other micronutrients that come from meat) you need to get your body what you need to heal. Certainly can be done, I just don't have the expertise there. After you get your diet dialed in, your physical activity is going to be key. Our bodies were designed to move and to be tested. This is the next critical step.

@Yashika Baranwal I would highly recommend reading The Wahls Protocol by Dr. Terry Wahls. She was a vegetarian and has some good tips and tricks. Most vegetarians I know with MS had to switch over to healthy and sustainable meat protein to aid in their recovery.

@Kelsey Drake Great question. This challenge is meant to be easy, get you thinking about why we eat what we eat. There are a bunch of great resources for clean eating, this is about the doing. Tomorrow, just one clean meal, a clean protein if you eat meat protein, (think chicken or a healthy beef or fish) a green and a healthy fat like avocado or olive oil. We’ll be in it together.
