@Brad Hall favorite time of year in these parts.
My Go-To Post-Workout Protein Smoothie
I like to get some quick protein in after I work out — it helps combat the desire to eat chocolate chip cookies (recipe for those coming in another post!). This smoothie is my go-to: fast, customizable, and satisfying enough to keep the cookie jar closed. Ingredients • 1 cup milk (any milk or milk substitute works) • 1 cup frozen fruit • 1/2 cup ice cubes • 1 tbsp honey • 1 cup Greek yogurt • 1 scoop whey protein powder Instructions 1. Throw all the ingredients into a blender. 2. Blend for about 45 seconds, until smooth. 3. Enjoy! Got a favorite variation? I’d love to hear what fruit combo you swear by.

@Kelsey Drake Really you already called it out. I would exchange dairy for coconut-instead of milk I would go coconut cream, and if you wanted another substance like yogurt I would go with lactose free yogurt. Also, I just try and stay away from dairy. For some with MS their symptoms are so mild, if they have any at all, that dairy is something they are fine with eating.
