Yesterday I ran through an inspection for a lady in Queensland who wants to buy a property in Melbourne. It's a great location and property. She needed validation of some of the information she's already gathered on the property. I updated my Girls Guide to Property Inspection to add come contextual concerns she had about storage, security and accessibility (she's looking to have this be her forever home). It was a great exercise in viewing a property from a different perspective. So - I've updated this new tool for undertaking property inspections. I expect this will iterate but feel free to use it. It's common to look back on a project and say wow.. I've learnt so much. Whats out there is a world of experience, knowledge, new horizons from running your own project. Where you start is not knowing how. Learning that along the way from a thousand small steps of sharing why you want to build, your story for building and vision for what's possible. You might think its risky but hang out there for a minute not knowing how, when, why, and feel the nerves as excitement for anythings possible.
