Remote Property Inspections
Yesterday I ran through an inspection for a lady in Queensland who wants to buy a property in Melbourne. It's a great location and property. She needed validation of some of the information she's already gathered on the property. I updated my Girls Guide to Property Inspection to add come contextual concerns she had about storage, security and accessibility (she's looking to have this be her forever home). It was a great exercise in viewing a property from a different perspective. So - I've updated this new tool for undertaking property inspections. I expect this will iterate but feel free to use it. Feedback would be great if you do use it.
