This one hit me hard and deep ...
Over the years, I have received many warm mails from beautiful people. There is one that I keep going back to. I just have to share this with you: "On June, I wrote to you here to tell you about my health condition. Since 2019, my heart rate has been about 130 BPM. After open heart surgery, it was still around 120 to 130 BPM. I have to take Betaloc Zok daily to keep BPM between 110 to 120 and it is called Atrial Flutter. I asked you if Breatheology can treat this problem. You taught me breathing exercises and yoga increase the vagal tone and heart rate variability, which has a positive effect on both atrial flutter and atrial fibrillation. On August 2, my atrial flutter was cured. My heart rate is back to about 70 BPM and BP normal. It was a miracle and the knowledge I have in breathing helped me to cut off Betaloc Zok in time so my body can take over the natural heart beat. With warmest regards, Peter" It was great to see Peter improve so fast, after dealing with years of stress and health problems. It's also a good reminder to not wait too long, and start applying a solution now. To make this easier, the Breathing Fundamentals program that has helped so many people, with their health, and their breath holds, is now at reduced price.
