I have no problem if someone wants to use AI. I don't know their situation. Maybe they're clumsy with words or they're embarrassed about their ability to spell. Or maybe they're just lazy. Who cares. If they want to use AI or have their 3rd grade kid write their review, it makes no difference to me. And who am I to criticize someone else's choices. At the very least, they bothered to ask AI to write a report. If they copied and pasted, at least they're showing that even in the smallest way, they want to be part of this community.
Bullying takes many forms. And let's not kid ourselves what this is. I've been bullied enough in my life to know it when I see it. If I don't want to read someone's copy and paste job, I won't read it. Seems like a better way to go than telling someone else how to behave. You wanna show someone how knowledgable you are? Fine. But don't bother if you're not going to be respectful about it.
Let's keep our eye on the ball and have it as a given that certain comments are out of line. I know I may have crossed a line or two here and there, but I will do my best to watch myself going forward.
