When it comes to Angels Share Khamrah is a popular. Choice, don't get me wrong I do like the line and have the entire line except for the original. And this is why. This does a much better job recreating that amazing scent. It's not a perfect match it captures the "boozy" cognac essence that Khamrah swaps for a more straightforward spicy-date profile. Sharaf Blend is a rich, gourmand fragrance that smells like a sophisticated, boozy dessert. It’s warm, sweet, and heavy on the apple pie and cognac vibes.
Up top you get the Dates, Nutmeg, Saffron and a strong "Cognac" or boozy opening. As it moves into the heart it's all Vanilla, Praline, & Tuberose. The tuberose is very subtle, providing creaminess rather than a floral punch. At the base notes Tonka Bean, Amberwood, Benzoin & Musk. Upon first spray, you get a blast of sweet cinnamon and booze. As it settles, the praline and vanilla take over, making it smell like a luxury bakery. The "Dates" note gives it a thick, syrupy texture that feels expensive and dense.
For its price point (usually around the performance is exceptional. I get a good 6-7 hrs on my skin, with a strong projection for the first two after which it creates a "scent bubble" around you that is noticeable but not usually cloying if applied moderately. It leaves a heavy, sweet trail. People will definitely smell you coming. A perfect cold weather boozy fragrance with a middle eastern twist.
