PSA for January Gym goers.
Respect the New Year gym grind. Truly. Welcome to the club. But please… remember to smell decent while you’re at it.
(And yes, I’d like to believe everyone in this community already does.)
The gym lately feels like a mix of motivation, pre-workout fumes, and occasional biological warfare. 😭
I swear we need gym shirts that say:
“Don’t be the reason cardio turns into survival mode.”
