One more thing

I had an amazing birthday weekend and made some great pick ups. But today I got the last package I was expecting. I managed to pick up some vintage bottles for the collection. The scents for the most part seem to be intact but it’s hard to know

1) Salvador Dali Dali Parfum de Toilette (1995 formula). This bottle just appeals to the art collector in me. The scent reminds me a lot of pour Homme but with a sweeter fruitier floral edge. It has that licorice opening that I love so much. I was surprised that it’s a splash bottle though.

2) Ted Lapedis Fantasme. This is an early Pierre Bourdon creation. I love the bottle design though it too is a splash bottle. It’s a similar fruity floral with peach and violet in the opening and Orris in the dry down.

3) Avon Rare Gold. This I know the least about. It came as part of the box. I have a few Avon bottles I got about 5 years ago, so this will go with them. It’s the only one of the three with an atomizer. It’s also a very floral feminine fragrance so probably won’t get worn, but the bottle is beautiful and will look good on the shelf.
