The joke about Uniquee’ Luxury’s Kutay is probably more than half right: it should come with a warning label that says — “Don’t get pulled over when you spray and drive unless you’re prepared to pass a breathalyzer.”

This is what Orto Parisi Baraonda wants to be when it grows up. This is oud, caramel, tobacco and amber drowned in whiskey.

But especially whiskey.

This is usually considered a fall-winter fragrance but these categories mean little to me and anyway today is a home office day.

I can’t see a woman wearing this – or wanting to wear it.

This is Uniquee’ Luxury’s best known offering, and like most in the house it is expertly and smoothly blended and has monstrous projection and beastly performance.

In my top 10.
