NL re-engagement
After today's talk, I discovered that I haven't run a campaign to unsubscribe inactives in over THREE years!! Apparently I needed that kick in the pants! 😆 Now I have 2.5k subscribers going through my win-back sequence. I've also scheduled reminders every 6 months going forward. Hopefully that will help NL stats which have been going downhill recently.
