Back To The Grind
Back from "vacation" in Puerto Rico, and damn I am feeling good.
Gave my body a much needed break but stayed active there with well over 10k steps each day and tried out Paddle, the tennis/racquetball concept and that shit was fun as fuck.
They are building a warehouse for it in Tampa area that I will be regularly going.

New program is running solid on my end, down almost 2% bodyfat in 3 weeks without losing any muscle.
Another 2-3% to go then it's all power focused for the summer months.
