PIPED THIS WEEKED
And no video to show for it. Driver was dialed which made me have a realization. I suck with my irons currently because I rarely use them... Driver - wedge - putt... BUT contraily, this means I should be excellent with my wedges...... They are my worst clubs. By far. SO, I bought a chipping mat and will be practicing while making content. What are some gym & fitness things you all want to know more about?

My specialty is in person. My love for this game of fitness is seeing people do shit they didn't think they could do. I wanna win. In order for me to win, You must win. It sounds cheesy. Pretty lame. But I am truly lucky enough to do what I love and I'm trying to take the next step in that path. Which is now golf focused fitness. Kinda. Trying to get that dog out of you!

Zercher Squats
Why? A SOLID addition to any leg day. Zercher strength IMMEDIATELY translates to real world strength. Think about every time you've helped someone move. Think about any time you had to lift something heavy into the car. That's a zercher. Front loaded to save the spine and overload the quads while making your brace your core and engage your back to manage the load. Add these to your leg Days or back days (do them first). Use a barbell pad (🙀y) if you need to 135/10 here - 3 Sets

Feeling DANGEROUS
I'll make a longer post on this over the weekend with the details, But after completing my 8 week Golf Strength Program, I felt like a fucking weapon in the range the other day. My ball speed has SIGNIFICANTLY increased across the board. This is why I do what I do. And after knowing this program works, my confidence in coaching you all as best I can has skyrocketed. Ready to run through walls and disrupt the system. Just need to score better 🫪
