But.. we’re doing this starting right now. 📅 How It Rolls - Tuesday nights → We pick one Body Thrive habit on the live call. - You try it every day for a week. - Post your real-life updates here: the wins, the “oops,” the ugly selfies, whatever. Week 1 habit (from Tuesday): Earlier Lighter Dinner 🍲 Missed the call? No biggie—just listen to the recording when you can. 🏆 Prizes (2 every month) 1. Most Posts → Whoever shares the most (pics, voice notes, rants—go wild). 2. Best Cheerleader → Most likes + actual helpful comments. Winners announced first Tuesday of next month. Prizes = gift cards, random swag, maybe a free coaching sesh. ✅ Do This Week - Figure out a small way you could try the 'Earlier Lighter Dinner' habit. - Drop at least 3 posts here before next Tuesday. - Like/comment on 3+ posts—keep the vibe alive. - Hop on next week’s call (link in events).

Hello Ayurvedic family!
Who is prepped for the big day?! I told myself not to over eat and still found myself unbuttoning my pants after the dinner 😂 (yesterday was thanksgiving dinner 1). We played games between dinner and dessert. We are going to try the same approach but with different pants! I am also to have brought home leftovers to enjoy again since we didn’t feel the need to clear all plates. Nina- can you come over with some butter and pungent? Definitely lacking with those tastes!
