Anyone have trouble with screen time? I donβt doom scroll but have trouble transitioning to books before bed. At least the material I consume either way is sattivic π
I've been setting an alarm and found myself having to be strict with myself. Even if I'm in the middle of a very good show. I start my bedtime routine at that time.
