I received my 500hr yoga instructor certification and Ayurveda Practitioner certification in 2013. I am thrilled to be a part of this community.

I am based in Virginia and am excited to learn from like minded practitioners of healthy living!

I live in Milwaukee and was fortunate to be a recipient of Carol’s healing treatments when she practiced here. I look forward to connecting here!
