Metabolic Health Factors
TAKING ACTION:
✅ When it comes to your metabolic health, which of the factors below do you feel you need to improve? Remember, your metabolism doesn’t do its best work unless your metabolic health is in order.
Yesterday, we talked about the differences between metabolism and metabolic health. As you learned, both are important, and living a lifestyle that supports them both is the ultimate goal. 🎯
The good news is that this program does both, and we’ll learn more about that over the next couple of weeks. Next week, we are going to talk more about metabolism, which means we’re going to focus on metabolic health for the remainder of this week.
Several things affect your overall metabolic health. Let’s look at four of them below ⬇️
📌 Diet
📌 Physical Activity
📌 Sleep Quality
📌 Stress Management
The scientific reasons behind these factors are, well, sciency. 😉 (You can read more in the article I attached yesterday if this interests you.)
The main thing to note here is that our program is a lifestyle—and the reason it’s a lifestyle is that not only is it sustainable, but it also supports our metabolic health. Every strategy we incorporate is to help you become the healthiest version of yourself!
We all want a metabolism that functions optimally, but it can’t do so unless we have these metabolic health factors mentioned above in order. Take some time to consider the one(s) you need to work on. 👌
