As with our other foundational basics we’ve discussed this week, before there was anything else, there was whole-food nutrition, movement, sleep, and only water to drink. Take a moment to think about that. I’m not telling you that you can’t ever enjoy another beverage, but the reality is that water is the only drink your body needs or requires–and its health benefits are too numerous to count! 💯
