Collidadle silver and lungs

Collidadle silver opinions thoughts? Uses? I am having terrible breathing issues... the doctors are less than helpful because my blood pressure isn't high. But anyways I am having a surgery to open airways that an ent diagnosed after a year of fighting to get in to specialist (sinus are bad but definitely not the lung issue) but I saw that using the silver in a nebulizer helped lungs and cough? Tips thoughts?

For perspective I am winded most of the time if I get sinus infection I have a cough for months yes months and I have coughing fits where I literally choke and can't breathe I habe changed alot of things and overall make the day today better but any cold sinus infection it's back to literally feeling Luke I am dying (I'm allergic to trees (pine) and other dogs (have a German shepherd) grass multiple kinds. I jabe never used really fragrance stuff and habe basically got any chemicals out since being a mom but habe changed dish detergent and laundry detergent. So I'm trying but avoiding allergens isn't going to happen also highly allergic to pollen and hay in Alabama so just not possible to never have sinus issues living in Alabama which I love and all our family is here or Georgia and licensed attorney here so not moving.
