We have now entered the Eat Well Phase
Happy Saturday ladies, Today, is my first day giving coffee a break 😳 I made Tazo Passion tea instead 😋. Like Nikki, I want to give my gut a break from the caffeine. I have no creamer in the house, so that's my hack to keep me from drinking it lbvs. During this phase I really want to work on my protein intake, so I will definitely be planning my meals ahead of time.

Day 5 of 30 RESET Challenge I have truly enjoyed the first 5 days. Its help me reset some mindset shifts and recognize when I need to rest and regroup. How has your first 5 days been like? Day 4 of 30 - R.E.S.E.T. Challenge Today, I had several things on my to do list...ask me how many got done? 😂😂 Today, I listened to my spirit and said no exercise today, no work. Instead, I relaxed and meditated 🧘‍♀️, finish watching His and Hers, and cooked dinner. As today's affirmation states "you can't pour from an empty cup" Being aware of when you need to take a pause is truly self-care
