Madly Appreciatory
Good Morning Wellness Warriors! Want to briefly share how pleasantly gratified I am for this R.E.S.E.T. Approx a 1.5 years ago, I initiated a major "reset" in my pursuit of wellbeing & wholeness; but NOTHING compares to the structured framework, and GENTLE answerability, this R.E.S.E.T. experience provides. The simple action of placing a ✅️ alongside a daily triumph, has been very action-provoking for me. I wildly needed this! Wishing everyone a safe & serene Wednesday.

Happy Tuesday 😊 Day 2 of 30 R.E.S.E.T challenge Yesterday, I woke up with a case of the Monday Blues 😩 and looking at my to do list for the clinic didn't help. I paused, did some deep breathing, shed a few lawd I'm tired tears, and decided that I wasn't gonna worry about work today. Instead I worked out, got dressed, ran errands, did a lil laundry and got a good night's rest 😴 Some times the answer is to push through, some times its don't push through 😊 I'm feeling better this morning, ready to be 1% better than I was yesterday. How timely the Day 2 affirmations are, good reminders for us all ✨️

Can totally relate. "Sometimes it’s okay if the only thing you did today was breathe.”
Jan Challenge Day 1 + Supplement Basics
Happy Monday 😊 Day 1 of 30 of R.E.S.E.T. to Better Days Challenge💪🏽 As we discussed yesterday, the Restore pillar involves mindset shifts and using data from testing to determine what our individual bodies need. But a good place to start when it comes to supplements for women 35 and older...here's what is recommended 👇🏼 A multivitamin (of course I recommend the BDWC Vitality Complete+ 😁) A probiotic (of course I recommend the BDWC BiProzyme 😁) Vitamin D (of course I recommend the BDWC Vit-D weekly 😁) Magnesium glycinate (of course I recommend Thorne 👍🏼 BDWC has partnered with Thorne as of 2025. Supplements are designed to fill in the gaps, so to get the most out of them we want to make sure were eating well (more whole food non gmo/organic vs processed) Do you currently take any of the above supplements? If so, what brand?

Until somewhat recently, I was still on my 35+ Prenatal multivitamin, bc It awesomely fulfilled both my needs; and my personal ethos. That wonderful vitamin was ultimately discontinued. Consequently, I returned to my EU Natural - Hair Vibrance/Multivitamins, which I took prior to my little one, and also loved. Crazily, THAT was discontinued weeks ago. So now I'm on Codeage - Women's Fermented Multivitamin (along with a cpl other daily essentials, which I alternate, to be kind to my liver). Finding a supplement replacement that was nutrient rich, gut-caring, substantive AND gluten free + vegan was headache inducing.
I’m genuinely excited to kick off the R.E.S.E.T. to Better Days Challenge
Even though I created this guide, I’m excited to go through it with you—because I’m not above the process, I’m in it too! This guide isn’t about having it all figured out. It’s about slowing down, getting intentional, and making small, supportive shifts that actually fit real life. And honestly? That work is better when we’re doing it together. Here’s a fun (and powerful) fact: People are up to 65% more likely to stick with their goals when they’re part of a community. Add accountability, and follow-through can increase to 95%. That’s the power of being seen, supported, and encouraged along the way. This challenge isn’t about perfection or pressure. It’s about connection, consistency, and creating momentum that lasts beyond January. Better days don’t happen by accident. They’re built—one intentional step at a time Let’s R.E.S.E.T.
