Hello everyone, hope you all are doing well. I'm going to start a 15 days routine challenge to align my morning routine towards a more athletic lifestyle. Which consists of daily running of 4 km and some workout and close it all with a peaceful meditation session😌. So yeah, just wanted to share it, I'll share my consistent results here for sure.
