Hello thinkers and ponderers๐Ÿ’ญ Welcome to a brand new week โ€” and day 1 of this Weekly Micro-Challenge. This time, weโ€™re beginning not with action, but with presence.๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ Being ambitious often lends oneself to lots of thinking and analyzing. Therefore, through this challenge, we'll approach thinking from a different angle โ€“ not to get lost in our thoughts or get through them, but to be intentional and present with them. ๐Ÿ˜€ โœจ So, for todayโ€™s mindfulness session: ๐Ÿ“ Choose a moment in your day that lends itself well to a quiet moment. โžก๏ธ It could be first thing in the morning, a quiet pause during your break, or a way to wind down before bed. Whatever feels doable โ€” just make space for it. Plan for it. And when the time comes, honor it.๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ ๐Ÿง˜ Sit down, close your eyes, and take a few easy breaths. No goal. No pressure. Just give yourself this moment to be still. Focus on slowing your breathing (in through the nose, out through the mouth) and relaxing. @Tristan Gregoire Well I liked the unique change in the micro challenge of this week, good job buddy. And this evening I had an soothing session of meditation where I realized that life is so beautiful when you just take a moment to stay and observe the beauty around yourself, and I loved it!! Talking about the prompt, there are so many moments that I can't even choose which one to list here, ๐Ÿ˜… but anyways, looking forward for more such eyes opening challenges
Report - day 1
Hello everyone, Karan this side. This was the day 1 of my 15 days challenge, it went very well, with lots of enthusiasm and determination. Hope the same pace for the rest of the days. Results might not be scalable yet, but definitely even the little one will make a huge change over the time. Wishing the same discipline and determination for u all, join me and make every next morning a better one then yesterday ๐Ÿ™Œ. Till then, keep grinding and stay happy โš”๏ธ.

Hello everyone, hope you all are doing well. I'm going to start a 15 days routine challenge to align my morning routine towards a more athletic lifestyle. Which consists of daily running of 4 km and some workout and close it all with a peaceful meditation session๐Ÿ˜Œ. So yeah, just wanted to share it, I'll share my consistent results here for sure. And if anyone wants to suggest something then you're most welcome ๐Ÿ˜Š. Till then, keeping grinding, stay happy.
