Payback
I still don’t understand why social security will not give me back pay, my husband died in 2017 we were separated. I didn’t know until 2024 I was suppose to get widow’s benefits. I applied and got my first check in February of 2025.
Why do they give people that never worked back pay and will not give me back pay even though I am still working I need my benefits from my job. Plus I love my job and what I do. I am still entitled to the back pay.
