Claiming ex wife’s Social Security
I am asking for a friend.. he is 67 and NOT eligible for SS benefits ( worked as a teacher for 25yrs) he is divorced after 15 years, his Ex is 57 and will be eligible for SS at 62 .Can he claim his Divorced Wife SS
