...you travel for work but still want to be able to build muscle and hotel gym is not an option? Hi Gang! I'm looking for some options to mix it up a bit. Do a lot of you use body weight exercises in this situation?

My resolution to eat healthier
Hi folks, I hope that you are all well and striving for righteousness. In a few weeks I will be going to university, and, for the first time in my life, will have full responsibility for my diet. I am aware that many students succumb to the temptation to indulge in cheap, processed, and trashy foods (besides of course the temptation of sex, drugs, lukewarm faith etc). Do you have any advice for maintaining a healthy and balanced diet on a student budget? For your information, I work out regularly and go running as well. Right now, I have cereal for breakfast, a tuna or egg sandwich for lunch, and whatever my parents make for dinner :). Thank you and God Bless, brothers!

Here's the deal: you ain't getting stronger by tearing your body apart every single day. Consistency is king, but REST is his queen.I used to think training 7 days a week made me a beast. But you know what that got me? Injuries & burnout... not gains 😑Your muscles grow when you REST, not when you lift. The hard work you do breaking down muscle fibers in the gym doesn't mean squat if you don't give them time to repair and grow back stronger 💪🏻Think of rest days like a pit stop.
