Rosary in a year
Is anyone here following the rosary in a year pod? I have been 100% with it on weekdays for this whole year but weekends are harder to find time to pray the rosary. I'm also on to the Bible in a year. Up to day 195 so far. Anyone else listening?
Supplement or vitamin that's changed your life
What's the one supplement or vitamin that you couldn't live without even if the price quadruple in price and why? I'll go first Turmeric 1500mgs this has changed my life. I was taking 15mgs of ibuprofen a day for pain and Tumeric is 10x better than ibuprofen.

@Marcos Vinícius Da Silva for inflammation. I have bad joint inflammation and joint pain. If I don't take it my body definitely reminds me. I get the 1500mg pills from Costco. The bottle says to take two per day and I usually only take one in the am. I find it is a tremendous help and I didn't like taking that much Ibuprofen.
Weight loss
After 1 week of walking and eating health I gained 2.3 lbs. Maybe I can be a whale by this time next year.

@Wesley DePorter I do have consistency with my weekly breakfast and lunches. Breakfast is a protein shake or a vegetable and fruit shake and lunch is a sandwich on sourdough bread, fruit (1/2 cup berries an apple and a bananaor 3 cutie oranges, vegetables (small carrots), and nuts mostly walnutor peanuts. I suspect my issue is most likely dinner and daily arobic exercise. My breakfast and lunch sounds like it's filled with the macro- nutrients previously mentioned. I also take a lot of vitamins daily.

@Richard Murillo I'll check for an apple for this. Thanks.
Need to Lock In
Hey everyone, I’ve been lifting and working out now for years and I’ve had my ups and downs on my journey, especially over the last 3 years. I started at 245lbs at 6ft tall, got down to 210, then gained it back to 235, now I’m back down to 215, but my goal weight is around 200lbs. I’ve been stuck around the 215 mark for the last 3/4 months. I’m trying to eat in a deficit and I generally do well on the weekdays as I eat the same thing about every day, but the weekends it can get away from me. I lift 2-3 times a week, try and walk for 30 minutes after each workout. I need to increase my cardio to help with my deficit, and I need help staying accountable. Any suggestions or anyone want to help me be accountable?

I definitely know how you feel. I'm kinda in the same boat. I am starting a weight loss competition at work to get that competitive motivation and tracking my progress on a health app. Good luck and stay strong 💪

Hey guys, my name is Michael and I'm here to improve my fitness journey. I've already lost 12 pounds (195 down to 183 at 5 ft 6) and have started some basic weight lifting however, I am using slightly stern methods. I am only eating 1500 calories a day, not allowing my self to ever drink soda, walking a minimum of 12,000 steps a day and I'm only allowed to eat out if it's with friends or family, which in practice has been when I go out with friends from church. Yet even now as I type this I really want some in and out. In other words I'm here because my efforts are worthless unless I figure out how to make fitness a permanent lifestyle. Also before accepting Christ (I was only baptized/confirmed this Easter Vigil) I was a complete gooner whom ate fast food every day and drank almost a liter of soda a day. Here's a goofy photo of me trying to pose like Mario XD
