Few rounds of boxing and kickboxing on the heavy bag this morning and 3 sets of 12 hammer curls and benchpress and 20 crunches. Down 2-3 lbs from a week ago.
Down the 5 lbs gained on vacation last week. Chest, biceps, and tris with my trainer Monday and Wednesday. . Walked over an hour Tuesday and Thursday. Tried out a boot camp with F3 at 5:30 this morning that happened to be focusing on legs. Great guys - will definitely go again. Legs will be sore tomorrow.
@Saul Munoz thanks, man. I exercised some during vacation and didn’t go as crazy with food and beverages as I have in the past. Got blisters walking too long on the beach which allows things down for sure.
