Boxing & Weights
Few rounds of boxing and kickboxing on the heavy bag this morning and 3 sets of 12 hammer curls and benchpress and 20 crunches. Down 2-3 lbs from a week ago.

Vacation Weight Gone
Down the 5 lbs gained on vacation last week. Chest, biceps, and tris with my trainer Monday and Wednesday. . Walked over an hour Tuesday and Thursday. Tried out a boot camp with F3 at 5:30 this morning that happened to be focusing on legs. Great guys - will definitely go again. Legs will be sore tomorrow.

@Saul Munoz thanks, man. I exercised some during vacation and didn’t go as crazy with food and beverages as I have in the past. Got blisters walking too long on the beach which allows things down for sure.

62 Strong Challenge
15 minute body weight workout as part of the 62 Strong Challenge that started yesterday. Had to take some humbling ā€œbeforeā€ pics. 6:15 ā€œheavyā€ session with my trainer this morning (bench, bicep curls, abs). Did another workout for the 62 String Challenge this morning. Definitely feeling it in my best and biceps. Will be sore tomorrow. šŸ’ŖšŸ»

Week 2 Update / Accountability
Weighed in this morning at 213.1 lbs, down from 215,6 lbs last Sunday. Commitments this week: 3 Workouts (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) 4 -30-minute cardio sessions (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday). I'm still in my caloric deficit eating 2,000 - 2,200 calories. Last week I did good with staying consistent and eating withing my calories even when my wife made cookies I ate them in moderation and they lasted the whole week when before I would eat them all in 2 days usually. Now aiming to get down to 211 by the end of this week, doing the incline waling at 10 Degrees helps me burn about 300-400 calories in 20-30 minutes.

Accountability
It’s been three weeks since I started working out again. It’s been challenging because I have a 3-month-old baby who needs a lot of attention from me and my wife. But I’ve been consistent, and I’m proud of that. Hopefully, in a few months, I’ll be able to show you some great results — I want to be a jacked dad! šŸ˜‚
