Cheesesteak Skillet
A comforting, easy meal idea for the colder weather! I find myself craving alot of comfort foods when the weather gets chilly, so here is a high protein and veggie packed take on a classic cheesesteak. You can eat it by itself or serve on top of sliced bread or a dinner roll!
Tips, Substitutions, Notes:
  • Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
  • One serving is approximately two cups.
  • Add chili flakes and/or chopped chillies for more flavor and kick.
  • Enjoy as is or serve between a bun, in a wrap and grilled, overtop of potatoes, or overtop of rice.
