Start your Day on the Right Foot!
We changed things up at this morning’s Study Group with a healthy discussion. Thank you, and for your insights and beautiful energy.
In the waiting room before the call, I ran Mel Robbins’ “Why your Morning Routine Matters”. Here are the 6 Steps she tells us are critical to starting your day right:
1) Wake up within 5 seconds of the alarm, no matter what.
2) Make the bed.
3) High five yourself in the mirror.
4) Drink a full glass of water (try to delay coffee).
5) Get natural sun light.
6) Take a 10 minute walk.
