February Coaching Call | Stability & Momentum
Update: I’m going to pause tomorrow’s call and take some time to reflect on the direction of the community. More soon. On our next call, we’ll be exploring stability and momentum, not as rigid routines or one-size-fits-all structures, but as something that evolves with you, much like the seasons. ➡️ PLEASE NOTE - TIME CHANGE: The call is next Wednesday, Feb 4 at 10am ET (and not 12pm). Before the call: Please take the Positive Intelligence Saboteur Assessment and bring your top Saboteurs list with you. It's a quick exercise (truly, no more than 15 minutes tops) and you're encouraged not to overthink your answers. We’ll use that awareness to better understand how our energy, focus, and momentum are influenced and how we can shape shift them to better serve us. Looking forward to a grounded, practical conversation.
