Our last monthly coaching call of 2025 features our very own @Dee Stewardson. Dee will introduce us to the Thayer Matrix, a self-regulation tool that helps us determine if energy and tension are aligned with the task at hand. As we go into this weekend dedicated to gratitude, I want to express my own deep gratitude for each and every one of you.
