Last week, I sent out a poll to better understand what you’d like to see in upcoming coaching calls. Some of you leaned into “Creative Brainstorming” with your vote.

Let me expand a bit on what this type of call might look like.

For starters, expect the unexpected.

You might get a prompt like: "If my week were a sitcom episode, the title would be [blank], starring [blank]."

You’ll have a few minutes to write or draw, then we share.

I’ll set the stage, keep things moving, and make sure no one feels put on the spot - just lots of laughs, surprises, and fresh new perspectives.
