Here’s the truth: People won’t go along with you if they can’t get along with you. Connection doesn’t start with what makes us different—it starts with what brings us together.

In today’s lesson, we explore how finding common ground:

Builds trust
Reduces conflict
Opens the door to real influence

And just like a great cup of coffee…Connection is all about balance. When you get it right, it creates something rich, meaningful, and lasting.

Your Leadership Challenge this week: Identify one person you’ve struggled to connect with and intentionally find ONE point of common ground. Start there—and watch what happens.
