Today’s skill is Front Lever Raises — and yes, this one is supposed to feel hard.
This is a real calisthenics strength skill.
Struggling is normal. Partial reps absolutely count.
Pick your level:
✅ Beginner: Tucked front lever raises
🔄 Explorer: One-leg or straddle front lever raises
🔥 Expert: Full front lever raises
➡️ Control the way down.
➡️ Quality over height.
➡️ If you shake, you’re in the right place.
⏱ 2–5 minutes total. Keep reps low and clean.
🎥 Videos encouraged! Even partial raises are wins.
