🎄 Advent Adventure – Day 2: Kick Through 🔄✨
I am posting this one earlier as I will be away from the computer all day!
Today’s focus: Kick Throughs — flow, coordination, and light shoulder loading.
This is about smooth transitions, not speed. I also added videos of someone doing them to help. @Francheska
Pick your level:
  • ✅ Beginner: Kick Through (controlled, pause between sides)
  • 🔄 Explorer: Jumping Kick Through (light, springy switch)
  • 🔥 Expert: Jumping Mini-Handstand Kick Through
⏱ 3–5 minutes is plenty. Stay relaxed and clean.
