Do animal flows for at least 5 min per day for 30 days. (i have never really done these but i think they could help with mobility and opening up tight areas in my body.)
✅Today- Bear crawl, Gorilla walk, Arrow, Duck walk
these were a cool down after a long run, and were exhausting, duck walk was VERY HARD
