How I Helped My Client Automate Bookings, Payments & Confirmations with AI + Stripe + Gmail + Google Calendar

One of my clients was overwhelmed with manual booking requests. Every day, they had to sift through dozens of emails, check calendars, confirm availability, generate payment links, wait for deposits, and then send confirmations. This process was slow, prone to errors, and wasted precious time.

I stepped in and built them a smart end-to-end automation system. Here’s how it works:

1. When a customer sends a booking email, AI automatically extracts the details (name, date, time, email).

2. The system checks Google Calendar for availability.

3. If the slot is open, it auto-generates a Stripe payment link and emails it to the customer.

4. Once payment is confirmed, the system blocks the slot in Google Calendar and sends a personalized AI-written confirmation email.

What used to take hours is now done in minutes without human intervention. My client was thrilled, they can now focus on delivering their services while the system handles all the back-and-forth.
