Gemini Gets Agentic in Chrome
Google just announced a major Chrome integration for Gemini, giving it agent-like abilities that go way beyond summarizing web pages. Here’s what’s exciting and why it matters: - Ask Gemini to clarify or edit info directly on any webpage - Compare products or info across multiple tabs fast - Recall what site you saw something on last week - Schedule meetings, get directions, and search videos inside a page - Book appointments or fill carts for you (you check out at the end) - Chrome address bar gets AI Mode for rich, follow-up searches - Scam detection boosted using Gemini Nano - 1-click password fixes for leaked logins on popular sites Basically, Gemini is turning Chrome from a browser into a smart, helpful assistant that understands context, takes initiative, and helps us automate more daily tasks. This feels like a pretty serious step towards AI agents becoming everyday tools. It sounds like it could really change how we interact with web pages.
Fixing My MCP Mistake
Don't make this mistake: when creating an MCP token in Make, make sure the mcp.use scope is toggled on and copy the full zone (like us1.make.com), not just us1. That small detail tripped me up when connecting to ElevenLabs, so hopefully this saves you time. Sometimes you overlook the smallest things haha

@Mason Anderson Thanks for the tip! That detail can definitely be easy to miss.
Tracking Global Claude Adoption
Ever wonder how people across the world are actually using Claude? Anthropic just dropped a super interesting report showing where, how, and why different groups are tapping into AI, and it says a lot about where we're headed. Here are the highlights: - Big differences in Claude usage across countries and US states. - Richer countries (and states) use Claude more per worker. - High-income areas lean toward collaboration with Claude over straight-up automation. - In lower-income areas, Claude is being used more for task automation. - Businesses using the Claude API automate way more than individual users. - Over 9 months, directive automation jumped from 27% to 39% overall. - Use is expanding beyond coding into education, scientific research, and admin tasks. Are you seeing AI used more for automation or collaboration in your work? For me, I'd say it's pretty 50/50. Read the full article here: https://www.anthropic.com/research/economic-index-geography

Apple's Siri Gets Boost
Looks like Siri is finally getting a brain upgrade... and it might be powered by Google 😮 Apple's working on a new AI search feature called 'World Knowledge Answers' that could use Google’s Gemini model to help Siri summarize info from the web, just like ChatGPT or Perplexity do now. Here’s why this is interesting: - Apple and Google just struck a deal to test Gemini AI with Siri - Feature will deliver summaries from web results using text, images, and videos - Part of a larger Siri overhaul coming with iOS 26.4 around March - Apple still developing its own AI tools for user data search - They’re testing multiple models including Anthropic's Claude for decision-making Basically, it’s Apple + Google joining forces to catch up in the AI-powered assistant race. Big implications for how we search, automate, and interact using voice. What do you all think about Apple leaning on Google for AI support? Smart move or risky dependence? Codex Just Became Your 7-Hour Coding Partner
OpenAI has released big improvements to Codex, making it a smarter and more reliable coding partner: 🔹 Codex CLI – Rebuilt with community feedback. You can now share images like diagrams and wireframes, track progress with to-do lists, and connect to external tools. 🔹 IDE Extension – Codex works directly inside editors like VS Code and Cursor, giving faster, smarter help based on your open files and selected code. 🔹 Codex Cloud – Tasks now run up to 90% faster, with automatic environment setup and even browser previews of what Codex builds. 🔹 Code Review – Codex can review GitHub pull requests, flag issues early, and even suggest or apply fixes. 💡 Codex can also work independently for up to 7 hours, iterating and solving tasks without constant supervision. 👉 Are you building something with Codex? I’d love to hear what projects others are creating.
