THURSDAY DROP: Content That Compounds
Ok now that we’ve spent the week future proofing our own business… Let’s extend that thinking to your content. Because the businesses that win long term aren’t chasing trends every week. They’re the ones creating content that keeps working even when the algorithm changes, the season shifts, or life gets busy. Trends expire. Principles compound. You want to speak directly to your target market's inner thought process. And the goal is simple: Create content that still builds trust and drives sales a year from now. Your Task (10 minutes): Write down: ✅ 3 problems your customers will still have in 2 years(these should be timeless) Examples: • “I don’t know what to buy” • “I’m overwhelmed” • “I don’t trust companies anymore” • “I don’t have time”• “I’m scared of wasting money” • “I want results without the stress” • “I don’t know where to start” Then write: ✅ 1 belief you strongly hold about solving those problems. This is your “flag in the ground” statement. Examples: • “People don’t need more options, they need clarity.” • “Consistency is more powerful than intensity.” • “If you confuse them, you lose them.” • “Most people don’t need a perfect plan, they need support.” • “Confidence comes from preparation.” AI Prompt (copy/paste): Turn this belief into a strong content angle that positions me as a trusted expert in my industry, not a trend follower. Give me 3 hook options and 5 talking points I can turn into posts. Belief:[Paste it here] Industry:[Your business type] Audience:[Who you serve] 👉 Drop your belief in the comments. The one you’re willing to build your whole brand around. Because content that compounds always starts with conviction. 🔥

Monday Reset: Where Your Business Is Fragile
Over the weekend, Patrick walked us through future proofing your business and where things usually snap when pressure hits. This week we are building straight on top of that. The focus is turning awareness into action by using systems, AI, and social media to make your business harder to break. By Friday, you will have at least one real piece of future proofing in place. Something built. Something working. Most businesses do not fail. They crack when one dependency changes. A platform. A tool. Attention. Energy. Today is about spotting the crack before it spreads. Your Task (15 minutes) Answer these honestly: If your main platform disappeared tomorrow, how would leads come in? If you stopped posting for 30 days, what starts to wobble? What part of your business lives only in your head? AI Prompt (copy and paste) Based on my answers below, identify the single most fragile dependency in my business and suggest one system I could build to reduce that risk. Post this in the comments 👉 What is the weakest point you discovered? This is day one. By Friday, you will have future proofing in place.
One Simple Social Media System Upgrade
If you want social media to actually bring you clients (and not just eat your time), you need ONE thing: A simple system you can repeat. Because the reason most people burn out isn’t lack of motivation…It’s because they’re reinventing the wheel every single week. So this week, we’re doing a quick social media system cleanup. Your Task (15 minutes) Pick ONE social media system to strengthen this week: 📌 Content ideas (what you post) 📌 Content creation (how you batch it) 📌 Captions + hooks (how you write faster) 📌 Engagement (how you stay visible) 📌 Lead generation (how people actually DM you) 📌 Repurposing (how you stop creating from scratch) Do NOT pick more than one. Your brain will try. Don’t let her/him. AI Prompt (Copy + Paste) Here is how I currently create content for social media: [Paste your messy process here, even if it’s embarrassing.] Now simplify this into the easiest repeatable weekly system. Give me: 1. A step-by-step workflow I can follow every week 2. What to automate or template 3. What I should stop doing completely 4. A simple 1 hour batching plan I can follow Bonus Prompt (If You Want a Weekly Posting Plan) Based on my business type: [insert business type]and my ideal client: [insert who you serve] Create a simple 5-day content plan that includes: - 2 Reels - 1 Carousel - 1 Story sequence - 1 Sales post Include hooks, talking points, and CTAs. Your Output Drop your Output below 👇 Which social media system are you fixing this week and what are you simplifying? And if you want feedback, post your “before” process too. We love a messy draft around here.
AI Workflow Wednesday
AI shouldn’t just be a content factory. It should help you think clearer, make smarter moves, and stop your business from feeling like it’s held together by caffeine and vibes. (Mine is. It's fine) Today we’re using AI like a real assistant, not a robot intern. Your Task (10 minutes): Copy + paste the following into ChatGPT: - Your current business goal - Your biggest bottleneck right now - Your primary offer (the thing you actually want to sell more of AI Prompt (copy/paste): Act as my COO with one job: leverage + risk reduction.Based on the information below, what is the single operational change I should make in the next 90 days that would make my business more stable, scalable, and less fragile? Explain why this is the smartest move, what risk it reduces, and what would happen if I ignore it. Post your output: 👉 What decision did AI surface that surprised you?
I DID THE THING!! 🤩
I did a hard, brave thing today! I went LIIIVE!! Ack! It actually wasn't that bad... hopefully! My colleague Taylor and I challenged ourselves in a big way today. She wasn't ready to go live, but she did record a quick video about how important having a team during the real estate process is crucial, and in her example it saved her over $30,000! I hope she posts it soon. I talked about why I love my job, why I love helping, and my experience as a first time home buyer. If you haven't seen it yet, please check out my FB page and give it a quick watch? Completely, totally open to (gentle) honest feedback. Thank you @Patrick Murakami and @Jen Peterson for the inspiration and support. Can say with 100% certainty I wouldn't have done it without this group. It's very vulnerable, but so far people seem to like it. 💙
