Seasonal transition is a whole-person experience. Your nervous system, sleep-wake rhythm, appetite, digestion, energy, and emotions all rely on repeated cues. When several cues change at once, the body has to spend additional energy adapting.
Try this short transition inventory:
- What time are you waking now compared with a month ago?
- Have the timing or pace of your meals changed?
- How much quiet space exists between commitments?
- Are environmental allergies or temperature changes affecting sleep or breathing?
- What emotional meaning does fall hold for you?
Choose one pattern to observe this week. You do not need to fix it yet. Clear observation is the beginning of individualized care.
