This week, we will think in anchors rather than a complete routine.
Choose one cue in each part of your day:
- Morning: light, water, prayer, or a body check-in
- Midday: a dependable meal, outdoor pause, or gentle movement
- Evening: dimmed lights, written priorities for tomorrow, stretching, or a warm drink
Your practice is to repeat the anchors and observe what happens later—not to perform them perfectly.
At the end of each day, rate your energy, tension, and sense of steadiness from 1–10. After a week, look for patterns.
