Breakfast - Steak but no Eggs 🥲
I had leftover steak from last night. It's REALLY hard having breakfast with a food sensitivity to Dairy AND Eggs! This morning, I sliced a half of an onion and sauteed with Salt, Pepper and Garlic, then added asparagus, cut into about 1" pieces and continued to sauté. Then I added the leftover steak cut into bite-size pieces and served it for breakfast. My husband was VERY skeptical, but he said it was very good. WINNING!
