The step before Athlete AI
I've succesfully finalised the 7 day Challenge to build the AI Coach. It is all working nicely, but before I move on with my (AI) training I realised I need to take a step back and better understand the actual working of Claude and how the work done in VCS relates to Claude Co-work and Claude Code in the desktop app. Any suggestions for a training like this AI Coach but than for the Claude fundamentals?
