Measuring Vertical Leap With Claude
You can use this guide below to calculate your vertical leap with Claude.

It measures vertical leap two ways:
1) Frame rate measuring takeoff, apex and landing
2) Time in air and gravity calculations
It compares the two and gives you an accurate reading. I'm just shy of 20inches (50.5cm), which my younger self would have laughed at.
Guess I got some work to do on my hops lol.
